What It Is

Not a chatbot.
An actual employee.

OpenClaw-style AI agents run locally on a Mac mini in your business. It connects to your calendar, emails, messages, files, and tools. It handles repetitive work, answers questions, books appointments, follows up on leads, and keeps things moving.

We handle the full setup — hardware recommendation, installation, connecting your accounts, and building out your starting workflows. You don't need to know anything about AI.

You own the hardware and the setup. No monthly platform fee going to us. It runs on your internet, on your device, in your building.

The Process

Set up, handed off,
running for you.

Five steps from hardware to a live AI agent working in your business every day.

01
Hardware

Mac mini — your only hardware cost.

You pick up a Mac mini (we'll tell you exactly which model and where to get it). ~$599 one-time. That's the only required hardware cost.

02
Setup Day

We come to you. In person.

We show up at your location, Mac mini in hand. OpenClaw gets installed and secured on your hardware, on your network. Your accounts get linked — email, calendar, messaging, and any tools you already use. We don't do this remotely — physical access to the machine is required for a proper, secure setup.

03
Workflows

Your first automations — built on-site.

Before we leave, we build your first 3–5 workflows together with you in the room. Lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, daily briefings, customer Q&A, task routing — the stuff that runs every single day. You see it working before we walk out the door.

04
Sign-Off

You approve it. We hand you the keys.

You sign off that setup is complete and working to spec. At that point, the system is yours — on your machine, on your network, under your control. We walk you through basic maintenance: how to restart it, what to do when an API throws an error, and how to reach us if something breaks.

05
Grow It

Expand over time at your own pace.

AI agents need care. Workflows evolve, APIs change, and new use cases come up as your business grows. Most clients start with 3–5 flows and add more over the following months. The ongoing support plan is there for when you want to expand — or when something needs fixing.

Built For Your Industry

What it handles
for your business.

Every business is different. Here's what AI agents actually do across different local service businesses.

HVAC & Plumbing
Your dispatcher never sleeps.
Lead Follow-Up

New service request comes in at 11pm — agent sends a confirmation text, collects the address and issue details, and has a quote ready for your tech in the morning.

Scheduling Assistant

Agent checks your calendar, books service appointments, sends reminders to customers and technicians, and reschedules no-shows automatically.

After-Hours Q&A

Customers ask about pricing, availability, and service areas. Agent answers from your FAQ, 24/7, without you lifting a finger.

Auto Repair Shop
Front desk, handled.
Appointment Booking

Customers text or email in — agent grabs the request, checks availability, books the appointment, and sends a confirmation. No phone tag.

Status Updates

Agent sends automated updates when a vehicle is checked in, when diagnosis is done, and when the car is ready for pickup.

Review Requests

After job completion, agent sends a follow-up text asking for a Google review — the single most effective thing for local SEO, automated.

Real Estate Agent
Never miss a lead.
Lead Intake

Someone fills out your contact form or DMs your Instagram — agent responds within minutes, qualifies the lead, and schedules a call with you.

Listing Q&A

Agent knows your active listings. It answers questions about square footage, price, availability, and neighborhood from any channel.

Follow-Up Sequences

Agent sends personalized follow-ups to cold leads on a schedule you set — without you ever writing another email.

Cleaning Service
Book more. Chase less.
Quote Requests

Customer sends a message asking for a quote — agent asks for home size, frequency, and special needs, then sends a price range and booking link.

Recurring Client Management

Agent sends reminders before scheduled cleans, handles reschedule requests, and flags cancellations for your team.

Team Briefings

Every morning, agent sends your cleaners a summary of their day — addresses, notes from clients, and any special instructions.

Dental / Medical Office
Less admin. More patients.
Appointment Reminders

Agent sends reminder texts 48 hours and 2 hours before appointments. Patients confirm or reschedule — all without staff involvement.

New Patient Intake

Agent walks new patients through intake forms, insurance info, and pre-appointment instructions before they ever walk in.

Post-Visit Follow-Up

After appointments, agent sends care instructions, asks how the visit went, and requests a review if the patient is satisfied.

Landscaping / Lawn Care
Run your routes. We'll run everything else.
Seasonal Outreach

Agent reaches out to your existing client list with seasonal service reminders — spring cleanups, fall prep, irrigation winterization — and books jobs automatically.

New Lead Response

Someone requests a quote through your site or Google Business — agent responds, gathers property details, and schedules an estimate.

Weather Rescheduling

Agent monitors weather and proactively reaches out to clients when rain or frost is forecast, offering reschedule options before problems arise.

Don't see your industry? Every agent is custom-built around your business. If you have repetitive work, we can automate it.

Before You Sign Up

What you need
to understand first.

AI agents are powerful — and they take real ownership to run well. We're honest about what this is and what it isn't before you commit to anything.

01

We set it up. You maintain it.

We build and configure everything during the setup visit. After sign-off, the system is yours to run. AI agents require occasional attention — restarting services, refreshing API keys, keeping your Mac mini online. We'll show you how, but you're the operator once we leave.

02

It will stop working sometimes. That's normal.

APIs time out. Credentials expire. Services update and break integrations. This isn't a set-and-forget appliance — it's a living system that needs care. Ongoing support is available for exactly this reason, but basic troubleshooting is part of owning an AI agent.

03

We are not responsible for downtime.

Once setup is signed off and complete, Revyn is not liable for the system going offline, workflows failing, or API errors that occur after handoff. We're happy to help through the support plan — but we cannot guarantee uptime on hardware and networks we don't control.

04

Security is on your network.

The Mac mini runs on your internet connection, in your building, on your accounts. We configure it securely at setup, but we cannot control who has access to it, what changes are made after we leave, or how your network is managed. Do not give others admin access to the machine.

05

This is not a SaaS product.

There's no dashboard we control, no cloud server we run, no kill switch. It lives entirely in your building. That's the point — you own it completely. But it also means we can't push updates, monitor status, or intervene remotely without being invited to do so.
